Obviously No Pain, No Gain, Awesome July 22, 2008 I recieved the DVD in a timely manner, and was thoroughly impressed. I must own at 30 work out DVD's and this is the ONLY one where I sweated profusely in such a short period of time. I've worked out for a much longer time and did not see or feel the way I do in just these 20 minutes exercises. I am able to fit this into my morning workout and I look forward to it! Which is new for me. My only complaint is in the strength training portions, It seems like the triceps and calves do not get enough attention. Most of the strength (weighted) exercises cover multiple muscle groups, but you can still tell what Jillian is concentrating on. There are no weighted "triceps specifically" excercises. Same for calves. Not to say she's not hitting on them at all, because she is! It's just not as noticeable. So I just incorporated a couple sets of exercises at the end to cover these areas. Love it!
Hard workout, definately makes you sweat July 21, 2008 I tried out this video based on the large amount of positive reviews, and it is one of my favorite work out tapes. I try to do this every morning before school/work, since it is only about 18 minutes plus workout and cooldown. It is a short workout, but very effective, and depending on how you feel that day can choose the level of workout that you want. I also like to pair this tape up with another around 30 minutes to get a full workout if I feel determined, but this would be more than enough on its own.

I had been going to a circuit gym for a while so I *thought* I was working out. I bought this DVD to use on days when I can't get to the gym. I tried this DVD and then realized that I am NOT really getting that much of a workout at the gym. The day after my first workout, I was SORE!!! I found myself sucking wind and taking breaks here and there.
One week later, I can get through the level one workout without stopping. I am already seeing more progress in my shape than in months at the gym! My husband has been gone all week and he noticed a big difference. I'm tempted to cancel my gym membership and use the money I save to buy more of Jillian's DVDs. She is hardcore, but she really gives you a great workout! I love that she offers lots of encouragement on the DVD, too. Yeah, it's a DVD, but any kind of encouragement when you're feeling like you're going to die helps. :) I also love that she shows ways to adjust each level to better fit your ability.
Great Workout! July 20, 2008 The first time that I did level 1, I had to take a few breaks. I workout between 4 -5 times a week and thought I was in decent shape. This is a good workout and gets you in shape quick. By the 2nd time, I was able to do the entire workout and then proceed to level 2. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are a few things that affect my knees. It may be too much stress on the knees if you have knee problems. Other than that, I like the fact that it's only 27 minutes total and it gives me incentive to keep on doing it.
This will make you sweat! July 20, 2008 I workout regularly and when I started this workout I didn't think I would really sweat. I was wrong! Jillian created a great workout that can be done in 20 minutes and I like that. In level 1 you start off doing jumping jacks. I do not enjoy working on the abs so I like that you only have to do 1 minute of ab work during each circuit. Jillian does a great job of keeping you working and the workout goes by fast.
