I love this book in that the purpose and benefits of brain wave vibration are so clearly communicated. The tone is light, but I really feel Ilchi Lee's wish for this world to become peaceful. And this book provides a simple and fun way for us all to become peaceful and happy in our lives--just move your body to the music. Easy message with a revolutionary result: everyone needs to read this book and experience brain wave vibration.

The book gives new way of thinking how to create positive changes in one's life and health. It's so simple, too simple for people to accept and give it a try. Yet, once you try it, it works!

Brain Wave vibration is a good book for those beginning to get into meditation. Or those that think they just can't focus engough to meditate. Even more experienced meditators could gain new understanding, and insights from this book. Especially anyone how has hit a plateau in thier meditation.

The first part of the book is devoted to explaining the principles, logic, and theory behind Brain Wave Vibration. The last part to ways to apply and utilze Brain Wave Vibration.

Let me tell you, it is what you would noramlly consider mediation. It is an active dynamic meditation. Motion and concetration combined with music are utilzed to create deep awareness, as well as connection and control of the 3 layers of your brain. It energizes you at the same time, helping you to focus and quiet your mind. It is a great way to release stress and feel full of vibrant energy.

If you want to get up and go early in the morning or late in the afternoon, it is GREAT!! Even if you want calm down in the evening, after a long day a work and just let go of all the stress from your boss, co-workers, commutet whatever. Brain Wave vibration can help. Brain Wave Vibration is so flexible, because it uses the power of your brain to create what you want and through the mediation you can realize the true power and potential of your brain.

I love this book so much I bought one for my mom, I hope she uses it to stay healthy and stress free.

in just the first few pages, the book had me. in particular, i was touched when Ilchi Lee says in his introduction section, The Big Leap Forward, that he's sharing Brain Wave Vibration with us "to reveal one simple fact: everything you need is already inside of you." i like that. i like that alot.

Reading the book, Brain Wave Vibration for the first time introduced me to refreshing and exciting beginnings. Today I am practicing Brain Wave Vibration daily. Over the last several months I can sense a vast difference in my daily choices and attitude. This is an exciting journey and one of powerful change.

Brain Wave Vibration practice allows me to enjoy many benefits; (a) my normal reactive way of thinking is shifting to a more quiet "in the moment thinking", (b) a more relaxing attitude in my daily life, (c) my sleep in now uninterrupted. I am not getting up several times in the night and (d). an awareness of my physical condition and how small aches are slowly disappearing.

I recently stopped asking how could this compulsive, sometimes angry, unsettled person change and change so quickly? What is going on?. Why is this simple method giving me what I have been looking for? Why is there a smile on my face for no reason? These questions are answered by reading and implementing what is in the Brain Wave Vibration book. I continue to simply move my body, understand more about my brain and let go and accept. None of this comes without frequent simple practice and I continue to practice because I like what is happening inside myself.

I am now reading the book a second time. My eyes are opening wider as I re-read the concepts that are so easy and yet so powerful. Thank you to Ilchi Lee for his gift of good, clear information.
