You the Smart Patient: An Insider's Handbook for getting the best treatment February 9, 2008 This book is written by Dr Boxen and Dr Oz and gives realistic talk about your body. It makes it easy to follow, I really enjoyed and recommend their writings
You the smart patient December 24, 2007 I have had six major surgeries in ten years and this book is right on the head. The information is really helpful. Everyone should know this information if you are sick or not. You need to know how to deal with your insurance company, your Doctor, a specialist and all the neuances of the medical comunity.
You the Smart Patient December 11, 2007 Very valuable for anyone. It is especially helpful to someone who is seeing a variety of doctors for numerous problems.
Excellent reading, Quite useful. October 31, 2007 This book, like the others written by the authors, is quite excellent. Try it for yourselves. The book sells itself quite easily. Just check out the book and see what its many, many readers have been saying.
Fluctuating Life Let's Talk Africa and More Quest for a Dream: A Life Committed to Progress
Another great gift for your older children... October 27, 2007 One of my children received this book as a gift and is now walking several miles to work a few times a week, eating healthy fats, etc. Why worry when you can give them such a great "heads up"? ( For xmas they're all getting emergency preparedness bins because I know that they won't gather the goods for themselves due to their outrageous work schedules!)
