I have to say I ordered this in black thinking I'm going to get a really nice snug and tight fitting waist clincher. He yeah right! This barely qualifies as one size fits most. This fits someone with a really large waist, which there is nothing wrong with that, but I have a 27" waist and let me tell you, I could almost wrap this thing around twice on my waist. This fits someone who most likely wears XL or 2XL clothing. Quality wise, there is nothing wrong with it, but size wise, it is not worth $29. I paid that much only having to pull out my sewing machine and take in the sides, because luckily the sides are stretchy material. If I couldn't have fixed the sides, I would've been stuck with this item and no use for it. Overally, it isn't a bad item, just the sizing is really misleading.
