These Myoplex protein drinks are pretty handy to have around after a workout. Tastes OK when chilled, pretty bad when room temperature. Top notch nutrition wise. Price is fair.
Recommendation: grab a variety of flavors in addition to the French Vanilla. The chocolate flavors taste slightly better. Alternate between them and the taste doesn't wear on you.

If this stuff was not so much more expensive than other RTD's, this would be my #1 choice of RTD protein drink
