Great Trail Shoe June 19, 2008
So far, this has proven to be a great trail shoe. The grip is good in the light mud, and the thick sole provides protection from rocks and sticks. The shoes are pretty light as well. The shoes provides good impact resistance which is great for the knees. Can't beat the price compared to other running shoes. I run at least three miles three times a week... part of the USMC physical training. These are a good investment.
