Performed better than expected October 8, 2008 Based on other reviews i was not expecting this to be waterproof, but if put on right it does keep most of my hair dry and more importantly my ears dry! I was even planning to buy ear-plugs ..good thing i decided to try out the cap first. No issues putting it on and does not feel too tight either.
Great for long hair October 3, 2008 Other Speedo caps did not fit well due to my long hair. They all felt really tight. This cap works exceptionally well.
Won't keep your hair dry September 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This swim cap is not going to keep your hair dry so if you're buying it with the intent of avoiding damage to your hair--think again.
great swim cap for long hair September 12, 2008 I have mid-back-length hair that is very thick, and most swim caps just pop off my head. This one actually covers my entire head, forehead to nape (including ears) and has plenty of room for my hair.
It stayed on during my whole workout in the pool, and it's easy to put on and take off. Since there's no elastic band (like lycra caps have), it didn't leave a red line on my forehead. Basically, it's everything I'd want in a swim cap.
Some reviewers are interested in whether it keeps your hair dry, and the answer is that it mostly keeps water off your hair (I use a swim cap to avoid chlorine damage) but I wouldn't trust anything short of a magical force field to keep hair totally dry.
swim cap August 31, 2008 this cap is great--it is large enough for long, thick hair. I highly recommend it.
