I've owned a Beamo since the product first became available. It's great fun for kids of all ages and adults, too. Especially neat if there's a bit of a breeze blowing. Safer than hard plastic discs, more controllable than a boomerang. This toy is a classic! Should be in the toy hall of fame.
Beamo - perfect flying disk for all ages September 22, 2007
The Beamo is the best flying disk I've ever seen for the entire family. Small children can throw it and catch it without fear of hurting themselves. The hole in the middle makes it especially easy to catch. We've had one for over 8 years. It's faded from being in the weather but still works perfectly. It's hard to find and seems to be priced about the same no matter where you get it. It's well worth the $25.
