Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Updated for 2006! Light and sturdy, the LEKI Super Micro collapses to a super-short 18.1 inches making it ultra-convenient to take this walking staff along on all your travels. The Super Micro features LEKI's Super Lock System (SLS). Taking advantage of wider thread patterns and steeper-angled lock adjustments, the SLS design allows for quicker and easier adjustments and is up to 60 times more secure than other locking systems. The SLS locking system is far less prone to loosening while in use, giving you peace of mind even in challenging situations. LEKI's Cor-Tec grip is made from 80% natural ground cork and 20% latex making it lightweight, strong and comfortable. The carbide flex tip deflects up to 30 degrees without damaging the lower pole section. This reduces the risk of pole breakage if the pole should get caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail. The rubber tip attachment makes the Super Micro suitable not only for the trail, but also for improved walking surfaces and indoors. As testament to the strength and longevity of LEKI's designs, the Super Micro includes LEKI's lifetime warranty for shaft breakage.
