Great way to get my water and be spill-free! October 9, 2008
After trying a stainless steel bottle, I was delighted to find this series of bottles where I could see inside, could carry by the finger loop easily and the bite valve thwarted even a 5 foot drop without spilling! I bought 1 in each size. Now that I can sip water at my desk and have my hands free to keep working, I'm easily getting 1-2 liters of water a day and don't have to waste money and energy buying bottled water wherever I go.

I had a CamelBak water bottle for several years. My college-aged daughter came home for the summer and "adopted" it. I missed it so much that I bought her her own bottle. Now we're both happy.

I was excited to get this but after leaving it in my car the bite valve has a terrible taste. It goes away if I wash the valve, but in TN summers a hot car is inevitable, so this has not been a good product for me. It's a nice design and I'd like it except for that major issue.

My greatest concern is safety and leakage. BPA-Free, sturdy (I have dropped it twice), easy to handle, and NO SPILLAGE. The bite valve is simple and surprisingly easy to get used to. Good product.
Family favorite October 6, 2008
My very active family needed a healthy (BPA free and no wasteful disposable/recyclable) water bottle and this one works great. We bought 5 and they are in constant use...always chosen over the others in the drawer. They clean up easily in the dishwasher and the mouthpiece is very durable. We did, however, stop using the straw part and went back to tipping the bottles for a drink.
