At first I was getting worried about a delay in shipping, so I called Outdoor Kids, Inc. to see what the problem could be. A friendly representative apologized explaining that the warehouse was shut down for inventory and said that orders would be going out immediately afterward. I expressed to the rep. my concern that the gloves might fell to arrive before a fast approaching mountain backpacking trip. She gladly went out into the warehouse herself and saw that my order was ready to go ASAP. My gloves arrived in time and were exactly what I had hoped they would be... a truly great product. Being in the warehouse business myself, I could hardly believe that I was experiencing such an excellent example of quality service. After dealing with Outdoor Kids, Inc. only once, I have already become a loyal customer. I can't wait to order something else.
