Great hat! July 11, 2008
This hat proved invaluable on a recent trip to Honduras. It kept the scorching sun off my face and neck, while keeping my head cool. Usually I find hats way too warm in hot weather, so the coolness factor was an unexpected bonus. It also protected my eyes and face during a particularly rough open boat journey. It was easy to wash and dried quickly. Wish all travel gear was made so well!

Product is great, just as explained. Customer service was awesome and very helpful. Hat is just the right size and has a draw string that helps it stay on when it's windy. Great protection against the sun and cool.

It's a protective, good looking, comfortable, light, durable, outdoor hat. It accompanies our family everywhere: gardening, walking, hiking,farming, beach, mountain. Whatever you do outdoors and wherever you go.

I ordered this hat and it is great. I have used other hats that have been good, but this one is very lightweight. It can be adjusted to fit the head and it has a chin strap to help hold in place in windy weather. The flap in the back is larger to protect the neck from the sun, but it also has a bit of velcro, so that it can be folded up to half its length. I have been very pleased with the purchase.
Best Sun Hat Ever! June 5, 2008
I just got back from Egypt and thanks to this hat I did not burn at all! I wore it from Cairo, out into the Sahara, down the Nile all the way to Aswan! The veil on the back gave my neck great coverage, and the brim is wide enough to shade my entire face but not block my view in any way. Good thing it has an adjustable chin strap, too, because I would have lost it during my camel ride around Giza and the pyramids had I not tightened it well;) It's a great hat, and was delivered in good time at a good price. I recommend this hat to anyone who works and plays out in the sun!!!
