This is a brand new (WITH TAGS) mens 3 in 1 COLUMBIA INTERCHANGE PARKA. It is the CHARGER PARKA. THIS PARKA IS 3 COATS IN ONE (PART OF COLUMBIA'S INTERCHANGE SYSTEM) A HEAVY WINTER COAT (when the liner is zipped into the shell), A FLEECE JACKET AND A SHELL TYPE JACKET. The removable liner DONE WITH MTR FLEECE. The coat is waterproof (3000mm). The jacket has a hood that rolls into the collar, drawcord bottom, adjustable velcro cuffs, 3 front pockets, and a front placket with a full zipper and velcro snaps up the front.

Honestly,the coat is fine.Not the best,but fine.It was pretty stiff to the touch.I honestly won't recommend it for the cold winters that we face in New York,but it was a nice fall coat here.
