The jacket is perfect for a mild winter. Not as thick as some other jackets that might be better for bitter cold. But, I like the versatility of the jacket and it keeps me warm and was afforable! I am very satisfied!

I love this coat! I finally found a coat that I really like. The size is true, it's toasty warm, love the removeable hood and it looks great. The red is a perfect shade. Not too bright, and not dull. I've had lots of compliments on it. The only minor negative thing I've found is that the left interior pocket has a velcro closure, and if it's not closed, it will snag your sweater! But I still gave it five stars.

This is coat is so warm. I have never gotten cold or even a cold chill while wearing this coat. The sleeves cuff at the wrist and it doesn't let in a breeze. It coat isn't heavy but feels like you have blankets on. A must have for the winter.
