Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Shipping Disappointment   September 24, 2008
My husband asked for these glasses for his birthday. I ordered them and paid for expeditited service to insure delivery on his birthday (5 days away). When I got my notification, UPS advised ground service was used and it wasn't due until after his birthday. When I emailed the company to inquire, the shipping was credited back to my credit card (the only way I found out was that I got an alert from credit card informing me of the credit) but not a word of explanation or apology. Mistakes happen, but follow up is what makes a satisfied customer. I did not get that. Glasses are okay. They look nice but husband says that they don't really help him read the greens. But, they were packaged really well.
