Questionable customer service June 5, 2008 After talking to customer service and letting them know that two of the four charms broke off my son's shoe, they told me that they would send out replacements and I never received them.

This looks like an eye with yellow lashes, Ii snapped on as advertized but doesn't look very good.
Colorful and cool for the first 15 minutes... November 4, 2007 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Sad but true...
Most of these charms hardly stay attached to your Crocs. My daughter lost her Dora the Explorer charm and I lost my Peace Dude charm just minutes after wearing them. Luckily we found Dora a few days after. I went ahead and glued it on but to my daughter's and my dismay, this only lasted a few minutes longer than the first time. Dora quickly left for more exploring expeditions never to be found again.
