Holds up to 30 people. Durable water proof polyethylene cover. High quality, rust & corrosion resistant powder coated steel framework. Steel frame tubing diameter ranges between .75" and 1". Elegant Design. Easy to set up, all hardware for assembly and instructions included. Blocks up to 90% of the suns UV rays this canopy will keep you cool and comfortable. Ideal for commercial or recreational use - parties, weddings, flea markets, etc. Can be erected on hard surfaces such as decks, driveways, etc. Walls attach with Velcro fasteners for easily assembly/ removal. Sidewalls are easily removed for open air exhibits or outdoor events with overhead protection. Because we cannot be there to set this up for you, and we have no control over your local weather, wind, or soil conditions, it is ultimately up to you to determine if your assembly and anchoring of this canopy is sufficient. Set up is easiest when you have at least 4 people to assist with assembly. We are not responsible for damage to the unit sustained while erected in winds more than 10 MPH or other adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, etc. Please note as with all products of this type it is not recommended to be left up in the wind. We advise customers NEVER to leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on when gust of winds can damage them. We cannot be responsible for such damage .  Good for the most part July 7, 2008
I put the party tent up this weekend for the first time and it worked great. It was a little more lightweight and flimsy than I had expected though. When I took it down yesterday one of the velcro strips that holds the canvas to the poles ripped off. That kind of ticked me off. I didn't spend $120 on this to have it break the first time I use it. It is very cheaply put together. I have to use it again this weekend for a yard sale so we'll see if it breaks anymore.

I had a problem with my order, and when I spoke to the customer service representatives, the issue was handled in a professional and timely fashion. They were very pleaseant, polite and professional. I would recommend their company to others.

I ordered 4 of these for a wedding. One of the boxes (there are indeed 2 boxes per tent) was a bit beat up when it arrived, so we decided to set that one up early.
The instructions were basic, but clear, and it took 2 of us 20 minutes to get it up. It seems a bit rickety at first, but if you properly assemble it and properly secure and stake the tent, the tension will make it very sturdy. As with any tent, you must use the stakes... and use them properly (2 stakes go to each leg/support). You can't expect this to stand up if you don't support the legs somehow.
Before I ordered I had contacted the company directly (to make sure they had 4 in stock) and they were courteous, answered all my questions, and shipped the items the next day.
Given the cost (other retailers have the same item for much more, and costs more to ship) and given it would cost 2x as much just to rent a comparable tent, this was a great deal!

The guys had no trouble setting up this canopy. We used it for an octoberfest BBQ contest. Having the option of putting the sides on in case of bad weather is great.

I have not yet put the tent together beacsue I only just received the missing parts & directions today. They were missing with the original delivery. The company did respond to my complaint of the problem rather quickly & did ship out the missing parts right away.
