MacGregor MACTEC NVG2 445cc Driver with Graphite Shaft Cup Face 360 No face welds - the entire face is the sweet spot. Every shot feels like dead center. It may only be a few millimeters on the face, but hitting the ball off-center instead of direct-center usually means chipping instead of putting. Cup Face 360 technology makes the entire beta-titanium face a sweet spot. The 3-D plasma welding is completely off the face, enabling maximum rebound properties over a larger hitting area. It's a sweet spot that is 30% larger than normal insert technology. So every shot feels like you hit it dead center. And the edge of the face can put you a long way down the middle.
