I have been using Dr. Fox's method for less than a month and am already seeing improvement in my game. I highly recommend this DVD series - it is well worth the money!

Excellent video and audio series. It immediately helped me improve my golf swing and mental outlook. The combination of simple, effective instruction combined with subconsious reinforcement has made this one of my best buys to date. Recommend it highly.
best dvd set for golfers in a long long time April 8, 2008

i have used the dvd and cds for almost two months now. Dr. Fox has taken the conscious mind out of the game for me which lets me swing naturally with the help of his conscious mind occupier "tick toc" like a grandfather clock. the whole concept is rythm rythm rythm. not only does he teach us how to use this method but his video instruction is outstanding for the average golfer. the amateur can save hundreds of dollars on lessons by buying this package. My driving,fairway shots, and putting have improved dramatically. now when on the tee,in the fairway or on the green, i am able to take my mind off different swing thoughts which only get me into trouble. i am able to recover from bad holes without ruining my round like it used to.
i would recommend this product for the beginner to the scratch golfer who is looking to improve their minds while playing golf. the dvd on getting out of the sand is actually fabulous and useful for all handicaps. you will be completely satisfied with your purchase in my opinion.
i can't say enough positive things about this unless you have several hours to listen to me.
