I think the AllAround Sports Wrist and Forearm Strengthener is a waste of money. When I bought it I expected it to come with a CD or pamphlet that shows you how to use it to get the benefits it promises. Nada!! I tried twisting, bending and pulling it in every imaginable manner to see if I could discover on my own how to use it effectively but never figured it out. I emailed the company for suggestions on how to use it and received the silent treatment: not even a form answer in the month since I sent my email.
Save you money. This is a waste of it.
