Get what you pay for August 3, 2008
Overall, this product is ok. The problem that I have is the lack of support for ankles and must I say that they are killing me right now. Both my ankles are feet are ill supported and feels like someone is tearing them apart. In addition, average person will need assistance getting back up from inverted position and will have to push with their arms to invert as it does not invert with the arm motions as whown in diagrams.
Other than that, it does its job and very easy to assemble.
