3 out of 5 stars Quality Product for the Price!   November 10, 2008
My wife and I had been looking for a reasonable camp kitchen. We purchased the Rio Adventure Camp Kitchen and loved it.Amazon ran this about 3 or 4 weeks ago at $43 and we scooped it up.It is made of a hard plastic and durable metal. The built-in sink, which I think is made up of a plastic/pvc material is great for tenters. The only downside is the weight of the product. If you can get this product for $50 or less jump all over it.

1 out of 5 stars Rio Camping Kitchen   November 6, 2008
I also purchased my Rio kitchen for $40.00, it amounts to just paying for the shipping, this product is so poorly made that even at $40 I felt ripped off. When I received it I was amazed at how many defects it had, for those who paid full price, sorry. What I did was take the base with the legs and used it on another table to give me that counter height, and the side tables I took apart and used for something else. The actual table with the sink, ended up in the recycling bin.

4 out of 5 stars Good Product!   October 27, 2008
We purchased this for under $40 including shipping. VERY easy to set up - only took a couple of minutes without even looking at the directions.

The downside is that the "sink" leaks a bit at the corners (I'll fix it w/a little caulk) & the unit is very heavy. Don't think it is worth the $130 or so they are selling for now, but absolutely worth the money we paid for it.

4 out of 5 stars Just a Little Short   October 27, 2008
This is a great product. We payed just under 40.00 dollars for it. Yes thats right under 40.00 and the shipping was free. Everything stores within the table itself, and carrys like a suitcase. Its easy to assemble and easy to put back together. The only reason we give it 4 stars is that the side/table stands are shorter than I would have liked. Cooking on them means bending over.

I just purchased this item last week in anticipation for an upcoming camping trip. I got a great deal through Amazon for just under $44 and also receive free super saver shipping (saved $40 from free shipping).

I got the product a few days ago and just opened the box. The whole thing is fairly heavy and you will need to have the camp site close to the car to avoid carrying it a long distance. Storage might be an issue as it is the size of a large folding table.

The unit itself is very nice. The kitchen table has a hard plastic top. All of the side tables and shelves fit underneath the plastic table during storage. There are two shelves that are a few inches deep to keep cooking supplies on. They also have bars on the side for paper towels and other things to hang. It offers a dish rack and a sink. They also have an insert to place on top of the sick when you do not need to use the sink. The sink has a drain for when you are finished with the water.

The whole thing takes under 10 minutes to set up the first time. I'm expecting it to take about 5 minutes the next time. Make sure you keep your directions sheet (sticker sheet posted on one of the shelves) as it does fall off. Putting the whole thing back together took a little more than 10 minutes as I wasn't looking at the directions and putting things back out of order.

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs some kitchen tables for camping. I was previously looking at a $70 product that does not have nearly as much stuff as this table.
