perfect for short runsMay 18, 2008 This is a perfect little bottle for short runs. I had formerly run with a 4 oz plastic bottle that I found at a beauty supply store of all places. Needless to say, it got a little sweaty in my hand, and it was a pain to carry. This bottle is 10 oz, but it has a little pocket for my car key (or map!) and of course it has the velcro part so it doesn't actually require a lot of effort to hold it. I take this on my 4-6 mile short runs and it is perfect.
