 Kashi is the best August 12, 2008
My wife and I use the Kashi bars because they are price so much lower than at the health food stores, and we use them to replace a meal. They taste the best of anything on the market.
Healthy Snack August 8, 2008
I am a fan of Kashi. It seems that everything they make is not only quite healthy, but also very tasty. My father can't stand the health food that I buy, but he had one of these and actually liked it. I will convert him yet.

My husband and I made the decision a few months ago to stop feeding our kids crap....after all you are what you eat! The difference in our lives is AMAZING. Not only do we see the weight benifits of it our childrens behaviour changes are amazing. After taste testing alot of different breakfast products we found and fell in love with Kashi. Finally something healthy that doesn't taste like cardboard...WWOOOHHOOO! Even my kids love these bars. Thay are great with a fruit smoothy in the morning for a quick on the go breakfast or a quick afternoon snack. I do have to say I can get a case of 24 at Sam's club for $18.84 so they are a little cheaper their. I encourage you to try all their products...we have yet to try one we don't like.

I really like the Kashi cereals and thought I'd try their snack bars. Not so good. Doesn't have the magic the cereal does. Maybe its too sweet.

I tried these and found that they are only 2 points on the weight watchers program. They are delicious and filling. They keep me full for a while!
