Works great and is QUIET July 17, 2008
I've had a PEET show dryer for over a year. I use it to dry my sneakers and hiking boots after walking through wet woods and grass. The shoes/boots dry in a couple of hours. The dryer is totally quiet. It does not generate noticeable heat, so I can leave it plugged in, even on hot 90+ degree days. I'm pleased with the product.
Fight Foot Odor with Dry Shoes July 12, 2008
The Peet shoe dryer is wonderfull for drying a range of shoes. I find that a pair of shoes drys from daily wear within 8 hours. Daily use has been a great help in solving my foot odor problem. (I spend my workdays actively on my feet.) My wife is grateful and I am an enthusiast for a product I never realized I needed. The Peet shoe dryer is also great for drying shoes or boots that have become soaked in rain or snow and after washing. Let the shoes drain so they are no longer dripping and you can expect them to be fully dry within a day depending on the shoes. Operates silently (by convection) using an elegantly simple design so there is no motor to wear out.
I have been using my shoe dryer for over a year and am very happy with it. While there are more expensive shoe dryers this one does the job both quietly and effectively. Don't be fooled into paying more when the Peet shoe dryer will do the job.

I am very impressed with this unit. No noise, very gently air flow that makes you doubt it is on, but it is. Big help in getting rid of foot smell. Bacteria causes the bad smell. The Peet Dryer dries the inside of the shoes; therefore, eliminating the bacteria's breeding environment.
Leaves shoes slightly warm. Dries shoes better & faster than leaving the shoes to air dry for several days. 25 yr warranty is outstanding. Save money as don't have to use as much foot powder, creams, etc...
great June 1, 2008
had it about a year, i had shoe dryers before this that had fans in them and worked quick i guees but its not worth it having to remember to unplug them. and also the wires would get tangled. this you plug in and leave it and put on perfectly dry toasty shoes every morning. and it even dries soaked shoes or boots. great simple devise. keeps shoes from smelling also
KEEPS SHOES DRY April 29, 2008
MY HUSBAND USES THIS FOR HIS WORK BOOTS. HE HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH ATHLETES FOOT AND THIS HAS HELPED A LOT! AFTER WORK HE PUTS HIS BOOT ON THE PEET DRYER, AND THE NEXT MORNING THEY ARE THEY ARE NICE AND WARM.
