Disappointment June 7, 2008 This pictures take to long to load up and the battery life is short. I should have returned them right away. Its gathering dust on the table. I'm a picture buff and take alot of photos, my friends loose interest by the time the photos load up. There is no slide show mode.
originally dissapointed / happy now January 26, 2008 I was originally dissapointed with this item after waiting several weeks for it to get in stock then recieving it and finding out the original one recieved was defective and saw all SD cards as "write protected" however I must commend amazon.com for standing behind thier items! I informed them of the problem and they shipped me out a replacement even before I had shipped the defective one back to them. Kudo's [...] ! interesting note, photoco inc who I had also contacted via email also was willing to replace the unit, I informed them that amazon wasalready replacing it. With my new one I am quite satisfied with the picture quality and the other features of this item Thanks Steve C
Forget It January 14, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Cheap look and feel. Low quality pictures even for a low res screen. Main splash screen practically unreadable. Tools Awkward to use . Slow to display pics. Price way too high for product.
Disappointing December 29, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am very disappointed with this. It seems there are dozens of companies making digital photo frames, but no one making the small pocket version that I need. This seemed to be the only one so I bought it. It is very slow, taking a full eight seconds for each image to come up. It does not read ahead to the next image at all. Still, since it is the only choice available I could live with being very slow. What I can't live with is the battery life of 10 to 15 minutes. At first I thought I had gotten bad batteries when it faded while my wife was learning to operate it when she opened it at Christmas. But the next day it ran out again when she was showing her baby pictures to a group of co-workers. It was the very first time she had shown it to anyone and couldn't have been more than 10 minutes total running time on new batteries. We bought batteries again, a different kind this time from a different source and got the same results. I wish I had my money back.
Not as good as the Koday Easyshare June 14, 2007 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
This product was not as good as the Kodak easyshare viewer. The battery life was very poor. The pictures were slow to come up on the screen. This product was returned and I bought the Kodak, which was 100 times better. It also came with a case.
