Really works for my leg length difference. Great in running shoes. My lower back no longer hurts, and my hip pain is gone.

The foam rubber in these lifts causes your heel to move up and down in the shoe as you walk. This causes calluses and wears out socks.
However, they are perfect with Birkenstock sandals, as the suede top layer matches the brown suede sandals. For other uses, a firmer heel lift that does not add spongy padding to shoes is preferrable.
Not recommended.
