This band is not a bad option for relief of tennis elbow. The only problem is that with continued use the elasticity is lost in the product, causing the fastener to slide back and forth limiting its comfort level. I have had less pain in my elbow after daily use but I personally prefer bandix product for being less cumbersome and allows your arm to breathe and not sweat.
