 More Effective Pushup Workout July 23, 2008
I used pushup bars for home workout before I get the perfect pushup. It's a little tough to use at beginning, but after a few days I really like it. I can feel the difference when using the perfect pushup. Muscles in more areas get worked at the same time. That makes the workout gets results more effectively.

i just saw the same perfect pushup at Walmart for $19.99..
Check your local walmart before paying $20 more for the perfect pushup.
The Results Are GREAT! July 18, 2008
This is a great way to do pushups. When using the perfect pushup I can clearly see how much more difficult it is to use. I was able to do 53 pushups without using the perfect pushup. My first time using this product I found my self only doing 19 pushups as my max. If you want to work out more muscles in your body and see better results, as I have, buy the perfect pushup.
Simple, and simply excellent July 15, 2008
What a smart and simple design! It takes away the strain from your wrists, the handles are very convenient to hold, it is well made, not expensive - an excellent product from every point of view. The other ingenious device is Creative Fitness Door Gym. So, it takes 5 minutes in the morning and/or in the evening: 30 push-ups + 10 chin-ups and you are done.
It Works July 13, 2008
This is truely one of the first fitness items that actually works as it is explained. Starting out using it is very tough but over the last couple of weeks its starting to get easier. I would recommend it.
