 A piece of junk June 4, 2008
This is really a useless piece of junk. The ball sensor is so insensitive that no better than one ball in five triggers the kick-back function and is returned--and only then after a minute of load noise from the machine. Save your money and don't buy.

Basic but solid device; no frills at this price, but a steady performer. Seems sturdy and likely to last a good while.
Didn't like the lip June 4, 2007
I returned this because I needed to hit the ball much harder to get it over the lip to get in into the cup to activate the return mechanism than I would have ever wanted to hit the ball in putting. Not a good habit to get into...

The ball comes back automatically so you don't have to walk up to get the ball. When I practice putting, I also alternate between putts with short chips.
