Rick Smith"s Plane Stick is a valuable tool to understand your golf swing. It will help the average golfer analyze their swing plane. I found it helpful in understanding why I hooked the ball so often. It requires a golfer to use it with a swing analysis in their mind. Like anything in golf, it takes time and thought to use it well. I would recommend the swing plane and the d.v.d. for the golfer who wants to reach a higher level.
