Amazon.com Product Description Whether youOre a pilot or you simply want a high-performance, features-packed timepiece, this flight chronograph watch is sure to please. It has a round black dial, with luminous markers and large luminous hands, set in a coin-edged stainless steel bezel. The watch features a date window at the three oOclock position and three sub-dials. Its stopwatch feature can measure up to sixty minutes in 1/5-second increments. The alarm, a two-hand sub-dial, can be set on a twelve-hour basis, and it doubles as an international travel clock since the alarm hands can be set to indicate the time in a different time zone. This watch also has a bi-directional rotating slide rule bezel for performing many types of calculations. Other features include a scratch-resistant curved Hardlex crystal and a screw-down crown and caseback. The watch is presented on a stainless steel link bracelet that fastens with a three-fold double-locking clasp. Water-tested to 200 meters, the watch is suitable for skin diving. It has a battery life of two to three years. Warranty This Seiko watch is covered by a limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty (includes 1st year worldwide coverage with 2nd and 3rd years valid only in the United States). This warranty does not cover the strap, crystal, watch bracelet, battery, or any watch accessory. This includes, but is not limited to, any pouch or belt attached to the watch. If the watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Seiko, the warranty becomes void.

Classy... Sporty... Elegant... Manly August 7, 2008 This watch is absolutely beautiful. My fiance loves it. This purchase was worth it. It is very sporty, classy and elegant. Goes very well with dark executive suits. You will not regret the purchase!
Great Watch December 3, 2007 Great watch at a great price. Way more beautiful than the photos, it's very accurate and very stylish. It is relatively large but it doesn't look bulky. Very happy it and a this price, it's a steal..
The most expensive looking cheap pilot's watch! September 10, 2007 It's no Breitling, but it sure feels, functions and looks like one. I don't use the flight bezel since I use a computerized E6B so I can't rate that. I use it for the looks and the sheer enjoyment I get from the watch. You will get many compliments by wearing this watch. If you like watches that are big, bulky and heavy, you will enjoy this one. The construction of the watch is A-1. I recommend it.
Seiko SNA411-SNA413 August 21, 2007 Beware of Amazon sold watches marked as new because they are often repackaged returns as mine was. The thing did not have all the tags or the right instruction manual with it and was missing some of the protective plastic in certain places. The watch is in excellent condition, but I can forget about registering for the warranty.
A common misconception is the alarm feature's over complication. You do not have to pull the crown all the way out to the second position to set the alarm if the Alarm hands are set at current time (You only have to do that is they are set at a different time such as another time zone or universal time). I think Seiko has thought that out very well. What sense would it make to have to stop the watch to set the alarm. That would cause error in the time readings and your calculations if you don't have a master clock in the cockpit to resync to.
The watch is an excellent choice for anyone that needs a very well made and accurate timepiece. The SNA411, SNA412, and SNA413 are exactly the same but in different color schemes.
Good timepiece August 20, 2007 I'd given this watch a five star rating, but the wrong manual was sent to me, and I had to get Amazon, and ultimately Seiko, to e-mail me the right one. After getting the right manual, I love it. Keeps good time, it has an hour measurement on the chronometer and an alarm. Also, the flight/navigation computer bezel turns both ways and seems to have a good seal. The only drawback with this type of watch is that it doesn't have a backlit "glow" funtion like some cheaper chronograph watches. Makes it hard to use at night. The watch hands are luminous, but that doesn't last more than five or ten minutes at night. It's a good, basic, sturdy watch that shouldn't let the wearer down.
