Fans of the deliciously soapy Bravo reality series Work Out may need to be reminded just how fine a personal trainer Jackie Warner is. This disc is that reminder, containing a fast-paced and comprehensive fitness routine that ranks among the very best. Warner is personable as she trains--and she doesn't stint on doing the moves herself. She's designed the workout in three chunks, upper body, lower body, and core/abs, which can be done separately or combined for a full hour heavy-duty routine. Because there's little rest between moves, the whole workout seems to fly by, but there's no denying its overall intensity. Warner combines tried-and-true moves (crunches, squats) with some new twists (just try to do that "butterfly" crunch and not feel it deeply the next day). And she's upbeat without being perky--though a viewer could be forgiven for grousing when Warner chirps "I could do these all day!" during Sumo squats. She also gives great attention to form, often working with one other trainer so it feels as though the viewer is getting a one-on-one session too. GREAT VIDEO, EASY TO KEEP UP WITH AFTER A FEW TIMES AND SO FAR I LOVE THE RESULTS. I DO IT 2-3 TIMEW A WEEK, IF MORE I'M SURE I WOULD ROCK. WORTH THE MONEY DEFINITELY.

THE GOOD: The workout is good and tough but definitely not for a beginner. The set up is pretty simple, and every exercise is done for 1 minute, you get 20 min of non-stop upperbody, 20 of lower and 20 of abs which are divided into different chapters so you can choose to do all 3 or select the part you want to work on that day. Also, the workouts cover all of your muscle groups.

THE BAD: Although there are modifications for some of the exercises you would still have to understand good form to make sure you execute them correctly - most of the instructions she gives are pretty quick. The painted-on abs is pretty cheesy and the 'team work' attitude was so fake.

Aside from that I think it's a good workout for a very reasonal price. Enjoy!

This is a great workout. Lots of variety without the burn out. I especially like the rotation aspect of it.You can customize it.I get bored very easily. This one I do not, I love the workouts are 20 min apiece you can do the full body for 60 min or upper,lower,and core separately I also really like Jackie's direction and cuing.The exercises have a different spin to them ,but are easy to master I am 43 and find the workout very effective.

This video is fantastic. I would consider myself to be at an advanced intermediate level physically and this really kicked my @$$. I like to mix up my routine every few months and I'm usually not happy with videos b/c they are almost always for beginners and just not hard enough for me. This one is definitely a good one and fits into my workout routine!

Just bought this DVD on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised, although was in severe pain from sore muscles on day 2. Already seeing results although I tend to get bored with workout videos after a few months so hopefully i can stick to it! Jackie is pretty motivating, but some of the trainers are a bit annoying. All in a all, a pretty decent workout.
