Good stretches for golf January 14, 2008 I got this as a Christmas gift for my Dad and he said it's great for improving your flexability for your golf game.

The money would be better spent on a beer after the round of golf than for this product. The movements are gone through too quickly and are not explained nearly well enough.

The exercises presented in this DVD are very useful in building strength and flexibility and if practiced regularly will enhance fitness. While it is difficult to correlate between regular Pilates sessions and any improvement in golf scores, it certainly brings benefits in stamina and most especially in post-round recovery. I have personally found a significant reduction in post-round stiffness and tiredness as a result of regular Pilates work.
The DVD itself is divided into distinct sections: a pre-round warm-up, Range of Motion, Core, Flexibility and Balance. Each of these modules run for approximately 10 minutes. The instructor, Maria Leone, is easy to follow and maintains a pace appropriate for the beginner. Steve Pate's pep-talks between exercise modules are comically wooden.
This is highly recommended for any golfer who is looking to improve their overall fitness and especially build the strength and flexibility required to play a round of golf with physical ease.

These exercises have increased my balance and flexibility. They are well presented on the DVD.
