Just Great! August 29, 2008 This book really help me to change the view of how to be healthy and happy. It is so much simpler then what so many people think it would be.
I really want to say thank you to Ilchi Lee for sharing this valuable methods and view of health.
I really feel that this can help so many people to change their lives to healthier and happier lives.
Clear, simple, profound August 29, 2008 You don't have to be a neuroscientist to understand what this book says about the brain. Everyone can follow these simple exercises to feel better. But the best part is that it discusses the brain in a way that is not technical or boring. Get ready to have fun!
Answer Within, In My Brain ! August 29, 2008 Brain Wave Vibration! What a simple but powerful way to go deep within and get the clear answer from my inner self! When I read Ilchi Lee's book for the first time in my life, literally I felt like eating and drinking the book itself, instead of just reading it.I gulped every each sentence and it became my blood and flesh. This book was not a exception, either. Especially, while I am actually practicing according to the guidance of this book, I could realize the true benefit of it. I could blow away my heavy emotions and be able to stop unnecessary thoughts. After cleaning the clouds that was surrounding my brain, what I could meet with was my own pure BRAIN WAVE, Just Pure Rhythm Itself. And I could feel and sense, all the answers for my questions are here and now. It was possible to access that pure cosmic data through Brain Wave Vibration. I am truly grateful and happy to get to know this book and share my experience with YOU. *^-----------^**
The Power of Hope August 29, 2008 "You may wonder why humanity so often chooses negative consciousness vibrations when the brain's natural inclination is to choose positive ones." This is an excerpt from Ilchi Lee's new book "Brain Wave Vibration" which strikes close to home for me. I've been fascinated by the concept of "Hope" coming from a low point in my life a few years back. And this book has really helped me to deal that a time that frankly has still been bothering me.
The book (as self advertised) you needed buy in order to reap benefit from the practice that it preaches so-to-speak, just to understand why it's exists. The book goes into a simple step-by-step process for taking a little time each day to relieve stress and fatigue, improve blood circulation, and awaken your creative potential. I don't know if this is for everyone, but it helped me with a lot of little things that frankly are starting to add up to some bigger things.
My doctor (who wanted to put me on meds for Cholesterol) recently informed me that my good & bad cholesterol levels were well within normal range and my overall cholesterol level was at an all time low. I'm noticed that it's easier to wake up in the morning and the little things that I tend to let bother me during the day are getting just a little bit easier to deal with as I go on.
I would recommend this book to anyone who feels they've just had enough, and they want to do something to put a little oomph back into their lives. You never know, it might even do more than that.
Feeling young at any age: August 29, 2008 I just turned 33, and my mother as much as I love her pointed out that I am now a third of a century old. Boy that really sums things up doesn't it? I know I'm not old by any means really (although a couple hundred years ago most people were just about dead at this age), but I have been feeling like I really need to do something about this, because I FEEL old.
In a youth obsessed culture where the elderly are shunned and medication given out like candy, it's nice to know that there are still a few people out there embracing the ideas of a generation lost.
The best way to understand the benefits of Brain Wave Vibration is to experience it. Close your eyes and gently shake your head back and forth as your concentrate of that movement. Just focus on the natural rhythm for one or two minutes-back and forth, back and forth.
Did you try it? Well, there's not a lot more to it, like they say in the book you don't need this book to get benefits from this training. Sure they go into deeper levels of practice and more advanced training, but to reap the benefits you don't have to read this book. If you want to understand why - now that's the reason it was written.
Pick it up, go through the first chapter or two and try a few of the exercises. I think you'll notice a change pretty quickly.
