Midnights with the Mystic July 9, 2008 What a wonderful introduction for those on a journey into the spirit. The lucidity of the narrative allows the reader to experience the Bliss! -Raj
Midnights with the Mystic tells the journey of a seeker and the profound experiences and influences of a Realized Master. The reader can identify with Cheryl as to the questions we ask about life and its mysteries. The book has interesting contrasts and parallels and reads easily, as a novel. Makes one feel this journey is not as isolated as once perceived. What an opportunity for her to be in such presence of a great, unique, and intriguing mystic. -Varsha

A REAL Guide to Freedom and Bliss July 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Cheryl Simone's quest asks many of the same questions that I have had, but the real heart of this book are Sadhguru's answers. They have an amazing ring of truth to them. When I read them I find myself saying, that's really right, isn't it? He cuts through the clutter of the myriad of possible answers to life's big questions, and goes right to the heart of the matter with a clarity that I have rarely seen before. I highly recommend that everyone on the planet read this book.
Spititual Wisdom July 8, 2008 What more can be said of this modern Mystic and Guru. Cheryl Simoni does her best to bring out the mystery and wisdom that emanates from this spiritual teacher of many. True to form, when he answers a question, another rises in your mind. Cheryl is no different and asks the kind of questions that arose in my mind. This great Being is so modern and unique but contains the wisdom of the ancients. He explains ancient wisdom in a way that modern man can relate to. He is great at disturbing the fixed mindsets that we all have. We like to think that we know, but he reveals to us that we do not know, which creates a longing and thirst for spiritual knowledge in us. That is his goal. He rightly explains to us that Yoga is an ancient technology that is suitable for use by all.
A brilliant book! It should be read by all
