Timeless Book March 14, 2006 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
This book definitely shows some really tough, famous holes. However, there are definitely some tougher holes on not so famaus golf courses. Nevertheless, the pictures are very well-done and this book takes a permanent place in my home library.
If you are looking for great golf instruction, I definitely would get "The Ultimate Golf Instruction Guide:Key Techniques for Becoming a Zero Handicap Golfer or Better", isbn#1933023090. This book was a life-saver because now I can actually hit more fairways and greeens because of it.
No Layout December 22, 2005 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
The book is highly enjoyable and contains great photography. The description of the holes is superb. I would prefer it if it contained a diagram or layout of the hole, to be able to better visualize the descriptions. Not knowing the courses, it is hard to ascertain, from the photographs, where the tee is located. Otherwise, an excellent book. Good buy.
