Wonderful! September 15, 2008 I thought I was "in shape" and athletic--until I started golfing. My slice was embarrassing, as were my sore muscles after 18 holes. Then I found this book. What a difference it has made in my game. I'm still not a pro, but my slice is gone and my muscles no longer ache! This book is a must read!
This book added 30 yards to my drive! July 25, 2008 With the detailed strength training tips, I was able to increase the average length of my drive. I would highly recommend this handy book to golfers of all levels.
Fantastic June 6, 2008 Every golfer should have a copy of this book in their bag. Simple, easy to follow golf exercises - from flexibility to strength training to core stability - this book has it all.
