4 out of 5 stars I used to buy Boynton's--now we use this because of the std format   October 1, 2008
We have 3 kids and a lot of activities to keep track of. I used to use the Boynton's family calendar, which was a great idea, with one column for each family member. However, it's really large and has a vertical format with just one day per row. It always felt a little awkward.

A couple of years ago we switched to this one. This one uses a standard horizontal format (one week per row), and fits on our refrigerator. (I've never had a magnet problem, so maybe the other reviewer just got a bad copy.)

We've been really happy with it. I like the artwork on the Boynton one a little better, but this format just works much better for our family.

5 out of 5 stars Keeps our Family organized   September 30, 2008
This is my 4th year using the Mom's Plan-It Calendar. It is the best I've found for keeping our 5 member family organized.

2 out of 5 stars Magnet Mishap   September 24, 2008

I had the calendar hanging on my fridge and after a week, fell off the fridge minus the magnet. There is a definite flaw because the glue was not strong enough to hold the magnet on the back of the calendar & my attempts were futile when trying to put it back together. Otherwise, good enough for a family of five who aren't too "overbooked" with activities, although preferred the location of the fridge door.

5 out of 5 stars The best calendar   September 9, 2008

This is my favorite calendar ever! This is the second time I've purchased it and I will probably continue to do so as long as they make it. It has the perfect amount of space for my 5 person family and it keeps me organized which I love. It's also very cute. It comes with lots of stickers if that's your thing, but I really don't use them.

5 out of 5 stars This calendar rocks!   September 9, 2008

I love this calendar. I agree with the other reviewer who said that she "couldn't live without it." I have used the '06-'07 and the '07-'08 versions, and have yet to see anything better suited to a busy family's (aka Mom's) lifestyle. The only improvement I would suggest is more rows for more family members - only because I have a friend with five kids. There are five rows all together, so I have a line for Dad, Mom, and each of three kids.
I would suggest this calendar to any mom who asked my opinion.
And considering that this is the first time that I have "rated" an item at Amazon, I must really mean it. :o)
